We have devised a campaign aimed at sharing practical tips for success and guiding small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) how to begin expanding their business overseas. The campaign involved a 3-step process, commencing with the first webinar, followed by the second webinar, and concluding with an offline workshop.

Strategy
We recruited suitable attendees through various viral activities such as eDM distribution and leveraging vertical media channels targeting SMEs interested in overseas expansion.
Furthermore, we developed a comprehensive program comprising three stages (Get Started, Achieve Success, Graduate) as part of the 'Go Global with TikTok' campaign, delivering targeted messages to participants at each stage.
Concept
We established a cohesive identity for all productions by creating visually captivating key visuals
that encapsulated the journey of overseas expansion.
Viral Contents
We continuously promoted the event across various media channels
to attract attendees from SMEs interested in overseas expansion.
Web & Mobile
The official website for webinar and workshop registration was designed to maximize visibility,
ensuring that participants could easily access information about event speakers and agenda details.
Every aspect of the process was managed, from site design to attendee management.
Production
At the offline workshop, we conducted space branding and provided attendees
a special experience by offering TikTok merchandise.
Sketch
We organized various programs for the offline workshop, including catering, a photo booth, lucky draw events,
consultation zones, and more, to provide multifaceted event experience.
